In just 2 weeks, with successful completion, you'll have the skills to get hired! As part of the Impact Program, Fresh Start’s free support services are included to help you be successful. You'll have the opportunity to receive career advising and success coaching, personal and professional development, resume and interview prep, and peer support from women working in the semiconductor field, and you'll meet local hiring employers.

$300 Stipend for Completers: Your dedication will be rewarded! Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive up to a $300 stipend to celebrate your achievement from Fresh Start.
