• Cable Harness Wiring: Are you interested in learning about the electrical side of manufacturing? Or are you looking for a hands-on, fulfilling job? Fresh Start has partnered with Mesa Community College to provide a short-term Cable Harness Wiring Boot Camp that allows you to earn an industry-recognized certificate in less than 2 weeks! 

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Training: Prepare for a rewarding career in commercial driving with this comprehensive CDL training program. Designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to obtain a CDL and excel in the transportation industry, this program combines hands-on training with classroom instruction. Graduates will be ready to pursue high-demand opportunities in commercial trucking and related fields.
• Composite Technician: Do you like working with your hands? Would you be interested in working for a company like Boeing? A career as a composite technician may be the right fit for you! 
• Electrical Applications: An entry-level electrician career is possible through a free, hands-on training offered by Fresh Start in partnership with Arizona’s Home Builders Academy. Learn electrical basics, jobsite safety, and essential job readiness skills, including resume building and interviewing, while gaining the foundational experience needed to pursue a career as an electrician!
  
• HVAC - Refrigeration Technologies: At its core, a technician’s career revolves around maintaining, repairing, and installing different kinds of refrigeration systems. This short-term HVAC/R technician training program will prepare you to enter the field after program completion.
• Semiconductor Technician: Curious about the rapidly growing semiconductor industry in Arizona and the career opportunities it offers? This 9-week pre-apprenticeship program provides hands-on exposure to microelectronics and advanced manufacturing, industry-led training from BaltuTech, and career preparation through résumé, interview, and networking workshops—along with financial and life skills and connections to potential employers.
• Welding: Curious about a career in welding and whether this high-paying, in-demand field is the right fit for you? This 5-month, hands-on training program, hosted in partnership with Mesa Community College, provides industry insight, career outlook, and foundational skills to help you begin an entry-level welding career, along with the opportunity to explore real-world training in a supportive learning environment.
